Getting a house is a real tough job for anyone. Mr. Obama is no exception. Mr. Obama, The President-Elect of US, has been denied from early check-in in the Blair House, the official guest residence across Pennsylvania Avenue from the White House. Mr. Obama had requested for the early check-in in the Blair House so that his daughters could start school in time. But present officials of White House turned down the request as Blair House had been already occupied and booked to official gathering and receptions for the outgoing officials of Bush regime.
As per the spokeswoman for the first lady, Laura Bush, it would be made available to Mr. Obama's family on 15th of January as per protocol.They have denied any news related to outranking Mr.Obama. So Obamas are looking of other housing option so that their daughters, Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, can start school at Sidwell Friends in Washington on time after the holiday break.
