Jamaat-ul-Dawa back in action as "Tehreek-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool "

    Jamaat-ul-Dawa back is back. But this time they have assumed different name allegedly as "Tehreek-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool". According to India's Foreign Secretary Shiv Shankar Menon, it took only two week for former Jamaat-ul-Dawa to start its usual business under the name of "Tehreek-e-Hurmat-e-Rasool (THR)",which means (Movement for defending the honour of the Prophet).
    The news came in public eye, when the senior cadres of JuD, which had been banned by UNSC, recently organized a rally in Pakistan under the name of THR.
     Now it is proved that there are thousands of terror outfits in Pakistan and World knows only a few. Whenever a outfit is banned, they start usual works from very next day under different banner. They have only one agenda, terrorism but many faces.
     I believe in Pakistan, as we don't know who have the real administrative power, whether it is Kiyani, Gilani or Zardari, same way the nucleus of Islamic terror movement is completely decentralized. None has the absolute power, but every one shares it.

Basically when a product company try to rightsize its workforce their keep in touch with other firms to see if they would like to absorb those employees. This practice is majorly followed in US companies. Though they try not to publicize all the details. But India Inc. is not very much into this game.
This policy is win-win situation both for employee and employer. When situation improves the employer is in good position to attract talents. Moreover the retrenched employees do not bear any negative feeling about their last employer. Moreover sometime the employers also call back their old employee when situation improves.
